After revealing the 2022 results, Andriy now presents the fundamental pillars for the upcoming 2023 year:
Carrying on Amidst the War
We are closely monitoring the war situation. According to a recent interview with the Chief of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, Major General Kyrylo Budanov, the war is expected to continue. Unfortunately, there is no predicted time in the near future when Ukraine can claim victory.
Our focus remains on what we can control: ensuring that our team members, both in the office and remotely, have access to stable internet and electricity, and implementing measures to protect all our employees. The only exception is the threat of a nuclear disaster.
Despite the difficult circumstances at the beginning of the war, we were able to create a product that won the Red Dot Design Award. This demonstrates that we have the capabilities to continue producing world-class products.
Plans for Growth
Despite facing significant challenges last year, we were still able to grow. We anticipate similar growth this year as favorable conditions appear to be emerging.
Economic analysts predict an upturn in the global IT market. Clients will be searching for dependable partners who can deliver high-quality results in a relatively short time frame and provide better investment returns. We are that type of team, as evidenced by our ratings on Clutch.co (4.9 stars), Goodfirms (5 stars), and world-renowned awards. This will not only allow us to maintain our current staff size but also expand it and be among the first to hire top-tier professionals.
In recent years, we have established a robust system for product design and development expertise, which is one of our key strengths. Instead of outstaffing our professionals, we are able to sell the solutions we create. This allows for an increase in high-quality sales and flexibility in our partnerships with clients.
Prioritizing Employee Training & Education
At Linkup Studio, we hold the philosophy that every employee who works with clients is a direct ambassador and leaves an impression on the client about the whole company's work. Therefore, having the best C-level managers is insufficient for building successful client relationships.
Keeping that in mind, we will continue providing regular training and learning programs, as well as cooperative education for team leads, BAs, and specialized experts from industry professionals and leaders.
As a result of increasing the level of expertise, we are continuing to conduct performance reviews for our employees. We believe everyone should be able to monetize their skills and receive matching payments.
Revamped Method for Client Interactions
In the past year, we took some steps toward this goal. But in 2023, we plan to take it to the next level. Linkup Studio is eventually planning send teams who work on specific projects to the client's country to improve collaboration and personal contact, as we fully understand the importance of face-to-face meetings. However, this will depend on the situation in Ukraine and current laws.
We are also changing the way we approach sales. Now, it's more about sharing our expertise through quality content so that clients know more about the essence of the services they need to create their solutions.
Donations to the Ukrainian Army
The main objective behind all the actions mentioned above is to donate to the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Thanks to them, we can work and share our plans for the current year.
Starting February 2023, we will regularly contribute to the military drone piloting school and support Ukrainian military aid funds.
Andriy’s plans for This Year
In my non-work life, I am a boxer. And this year, I am motivated to give it my all - 12 months as a 12-round fight. I'm sure it will be an exciting experience!
