Business challenge

Nowadays legacy managers are overloaded with the amount of external information they have to monitor (the state of residential items, availability of complaints or violations), performing routine operations and easily manage all customers` paperwork at the same time. For those involved in consulting & advising for real-estate, screening for property compliances is a vital yet tedious task. Linkup Studio’s goal was to create a robust CRM system allowing to work with requests from customers - owners of buildings, who face different matters in the real estate industry.

Solution & process

Linkup Studio builds a web-based CRM system from scratch. The system enables legacy managers to perform day-to-day operations and easily manage and dispute sanitation violations in the real estate industry. The system is focused on dealing with violations and complaints, DHCR matters (division of housing and community renewals) as well as issues related to rent registration. It includes a complex of modules that enables to track building data and violations for buildings from multiple open sources in real-time. The platform also provides opportunities to manage clients and leads and allows to sign contracts for providing a wide range of services. The whole documentation process is carried out through this application
