Requirements:

Over 2 years of experience in Lead Generation, including the ability to make qualification calls.
At least an Upper-Intermediate level in English.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn outreach.
Experience in identifying Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and database creation.
Skills of mentoring and training of trainees and juniors.

Responsibilities:

Proficiently use CRM systems and statistical tools to extract and analyze necessary data.
Prepare various reports and collect metrics to analyze campaign effectiveness.
Develop strategies, conduct experiments, analyze results, and implement the most effective scenarios.
Actively seek direct clients and organize successful roadshows.
Prepare and compose texts, and create sequences.

Would be a plus:

Experience with various lead generation automation services.
Practical experience with email outreach and Upwork.
Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing).
