• Creating a Comprehensive Database. Linkup Studio's Reflekt One part resembled a large "shopping mall" of AR-script data. Our team created a clear hierarchy of extensive folders with precise product models, their elements, and details, making it easy for workers to find the AR scenario they need in just two minutes.
• External App Integrations. We facilitated a system that allows diverse enterprise designers to seamlessly upload and store their AR scenarios from 3D-modeling apps like Cortona3D to the cloud, which factory workers can access instantly via their tablets or phones. Additionally, our team faced the challenge of seamlessly integrating this solution with other existing system parts, which presented additional technical issues, as previous systems operated on older technologies. We worked hard to find the optimal solution to ensure stable and speedy operation while maintaining compatibility with other company products from the ecosystem.
• Risk Reduction. When investigating diverse use cases, pain points, and users' concerns, our team discovered that sometimes designers and workers failed to properly save changes within the platform, leading to hours of wasted work. To prevent this, we created a "history of changes" feature that allows automatic saving of recent versions on the Ruby on Rails server in case of various system flaws on the side of other system products.‍
• Built-in CRM System. Reflekt One works with multiple companies and must manage thousands of users. Our solution includes a system allowing the assignment of local admins, managers, and viewers to use the end solution. This helps ensure the safety and protection of confidential data.
