We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst with pre-sale engagements to play a dual role in our organization—supporting client acquisition efforts during the pre-sales phase and ensuring project success through comprehensive business analysis during delivery. This hybrid position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is confident in client-facing roles, and brings analytical depth to digital product development.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital product development as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience with pre-sales activities or early-stage client engagement is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in business communication, stakeholder management, and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Comfortable leading initiatives independently and working across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC practices.
  • Experience with product discovery, user research, and delivery from concept to launch.
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English is a must.

Responsibilities:

Pre-Sale Engagement Analyst (Client Engagement & Proposal Support)

  • Partner with the Sales team to drive pre-sale activities, shape engagement strategies, and ensure alignment between client needs and proposed solutions.
  • Define product or solution direction in ambiguous contexts, translating vague business challenges into structured proposals and actionable steps.
  • Conduct research, decompose high-level goals into clear project scopes, and facilitate estimation sessions in collaboration with technical and design teams.
  • Assess, visualize, and communicate implementation timelines and delivery scenarios based on project complexity and constraints.
  • Contribute to the development of persuasive proposals, tailoring digital solutions that address specific client pain points and business objectives.
  • Lead or participate in stakeholder meetings, identifying strategic opportunities and reframing problems into high-value solution concepts.
  • Propose service offerings or delivery approaches that align with client context and maximize the chance of successful deal closure.

Business Analyst (Project Delivery)

  • Lead product discovery processes to uncover client pain points, business needs, and end-user requirements.
  • Perform market research and competitor analysis to inform solution design and validate demand.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI and Tech teams to align early-stage concepts with feasible technical solutions.
  • Define digital solutions, formulate product vision, and break down scope into actionable deliverables.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear, structured documentation (SRS, user stories, diagrams, DoD, etc.).
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
  • Support product design by working closely with UX/UI on user journeys, flows, and wireframes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align product features with go-to-market and launch strategies.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, manage project scope, and ensure delivery is aligned with the roadmap.
  • Track performance metrics, validate hypotheses, and refine features based on real user data and feedback.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure ongoing alignment across cross-functional teams.
