We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to take full ownership of the client journey: from the initial “cold” outreach to the signed contract.

We need a partner who understands the lead generation process, the art of communication, knows how to build trust, and is ready to turn prospects into long-term clients. You will have full autonomy, clear goals, and the resources needed to succeed.

Requirements:

  • You are proficient in sourcing — you know how to build ICP and use tools for automation outreach.
  • You understand the psychology of sales: not just “pushing,” but solving the client’s problem.
  • You are a listener, not just a talker. You ask the right questions to uncover needs.
  • You are disciplined with CRM tools and understand that “if it’s not in the CRM, it didn’t happen.”
  • You are self-driven and comfortable working autonomously without micromanagement.
  • English: Upper-intermediate/Advanced

Responsibilities:

You will own your pipeline. Your focus will be on quality interactions rather than spamming. You will have total ownership of the entire cycle.

Unlike in fragmented sales teams, there are no risky handovers here — you never have to worry about a colleague losing context or dropping the ball on a relationship you worked hard to build

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Identifying the right prospects and initiating the dialogue. Your goal is to find prospective leads through LinkedIn, Email, or other channels and make a professional first impression.
  • Nurturing & Relationship Building: We play the long game. You will manage follow-ups, keep the conversation alive, and build value over time to ensure potential clients don’t go cold.
  • Calls & Negotiations: Conducting discovery calls and demos. You are the face of the company, articulate our value proposition, and handle objections with confidence.
  • Closing & Signing: Driving the deal home. You will handle contract negotiations and ensure the deal is signed and sealed.
