We are looking for a Sales Manager to help grow long-term client partnerships and represent Linkup ST in the global market.

Linkup ST is a scaling transformation partner working across design, technology, and growth. Over 11 years, we’ve built partnerships across the US, EU, and Middle East — earning 40+ global recognitions, including Red Dot Awards, Webby Awards, and Apple Features.

We are looking for someone who can confidently communicate business value, build strong relationships with decision-makers, and drive new business opportunities through strategic and trust-based communication.

Requirements:

  • Conducting market and client research to identify new business opportunities and target audiences.
  • Leading outreach and communication through LinkedIn, email, networking, and other business development channels.
  • Managing the full sales cycle: from initial contact and qualification to discovery calls, presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
  • Understanding client business goals, challenges, and growth needs to identify relevant collaboration opportunities.
  • Clearly presenting Linkup ST’s expertise and solutions in design, technology, and growth.
  • Testing and refining sales approaches, messaging, and value propositions for different markets and client segments.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to shape proposals and move opportunities toward successful partnerships.
  • Building long-term relationships through strategic and trust-based communication rather than transactional selling.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand B2B sales and relationship-driven communication.
  • Can confidently communicate business value and lead conversations with clients.
  • Have experience in sales, business development, or partnership management.
  • Are comfortable working with LinkedIn, networking, and outreach channels.
  • Understand digital products, design services, or IT service environments.
  • Are organized in CRM and communication management.
  • Are proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working autonomously.
  • English: Upper-intermediate/Advanced, both spoken and written.
