



CashFlow is a centralized DeFi web and mobile application designed to make passive crypto income accessible to a broad audience. The platform enables smart diversification across multiple blockchains while reducing the complexity typically associated with DeFi products.
Linkup ST led the full UI/UX design strategy and its execution. The objective was to translate advanced financial mechanics into a clear, intuitive, and approachable user experience.
Following launch, 90% of users reached first value during initial use, indicating strong onboarding and clear value delivery. The product also achieved a Customer Effort Score (CES) of 2 / 5, reflecting low perceived effort across core DeFi actions. These results highlight the effectiveness of the UX strategy in simplifying complex financial mechanics.

Most DeFi like applications are difficult for beginners and overwhelming even for experienced investors. Complex terminology, cluttered interfaces, and fragmented flows create high entry barriers.
The challenge was to design a system that supports sophisticated investment strategies without intimidating new users. The product needed to balance clarity, trust, and functionality in a high-risk financial environment.



Linkup ST designed a structured, intuitive interface that simplifies key DeFi actions into clear, repeatable flows. Features such as swapping, staking, yield farming, and crypto lending were visualized to support informed decision-making. Navigation and page layouts were standardized to reduce cognitive load.
The design enables users to manage deposits, withdrawals, and portfolios with confidence across both web and mobile platforms.



The complete UI & UX design was delivered in 2 months instead of the planned 3, reducing project costs by approximately 40%. Investors responded positively to the clarity and usability of the interface. The design positioned CashFlow as a user-friendly alternative to cluttered DeFi platforms.
The project was recognized with the Red Dot Design Award 2022 for its interface and experience design.
