Strategically execute and implement a cross-channel digital marketing strategy for a new online casino, driving its strong market entry and casino players growth in the first 8 months.
Requirements:
At least a B2+ level of spoken and written English
5+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager of which 2+ years in online casino marketing
Strong understanding and manual experience of various digital marketing channels for online casino like affiliate marketing, contextual advertising, email marketing, etc.
Experience in building up digital strategy from scratch for online casino, including market entry initiatives, managing teams and operations
Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategy: Craft and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy including channels, needed team, budget, and KPIs (CAC, ARPU, GGR, NGR)
Set Up Digital Marketing Eco-System: Selecting and integrating various tools for tracking, analyzing, and managing digital marketing efforts
Planning, Managing, and Optimizing Digital Marketing Campaigns: Creating hypotheses based on market research and analysis, designing and executing A/B tests to validate these hypotheses, and analyzing test results to optimize conversion rates
Analytics and Performance Reporting: Conduct regular analysis and reporting on the product performance. Utilize data to assess digital marketing strategy effectiveness against defined KPIs, and make informed adjustments to it
Research and Test New Digital Channels: Proactively explore and experiment with new digital marketing channels to expand and increase traffic, ensuring the online casino stays ahead in competitive markets
Team Management and Collaboration: Work with internal and external teams, like affiliates, PPC, product, design, or content to execute and implement a planned digital marketing strategy
Would be a plus:
Experience of working Anjouan license
Experience in traffic acquisition from Greece, Sweden, and Ireland
