Our primary objective was to revolutionize access to legal services in the Kingdom by developing a user-friendly mobile platform. We collaborated closely with the client's team to design a product that met the key market needs at that time. Here are the main tasks we tackled and resolved:

• RTL Designs. Our team of designers carefully studied the Material Design guide on bidirectionality in product designs. We ensured that the product design adhered to RTL design rules while maintaining app usability. Our expert designers optimized each feature and design element's placement for predominantly right-handed phone use, aligning the app's logic accordingly.
• Localization Aspects. We meticulously reviewed all text within the app, as even a minor mistake could offend users and damage the app's reputation. We collaborated with a native Arabic speaker to proofread all text, including application icons, policy information, and other content.
• Consultant Booking Flow. Users can search for consultants based on name, services, or other characteristics. They could then view the consultant's or company's rate, read testimonials, see the number of completed consultations, and book the desired service at a suitable time.
• Built-in Chat and Video Features. To enhance convenience, we integrated in-app video call functionality, creating a sense of presence with the consultant. We also added a chat function to arrange details and share necessary documents before or after consultations.
• Consultant Profile Settings and Dashboard. We enabled legal consultation specialists and companies to manage consultation requests, set working hours, view upcoming appointments in the calendar view, and track the number of consultations and earnings for a chosen period.‍
• Modern Design Elements. In 2019, we incorporated features that later became popular, including a distinctive color palette, a progressive "drum scroll" for one-handed use, and promo tickets resembling real tickets.
